Panda

The knitters among us are trying to work on making a little panda bear like this --  too cute!  If I find the instructions, I will post.  Oma is working from our other (more simple) pattern.

Did you get to watch the Olympic Opening Ceremony on TV?

I have a new project until I get some black and white yarn. I guess I will have to go to Walmart as I don't know where else to find yarn except Ben Franklin. Knit for Kids is a sweater project. Look it up!

The opening ceremony of the olympics was spectular! We enjoyed every minute of it. As one of the people said" throw away the trophy" No one will be able to beat them. Now I am watching volleyball, my sport and I even have metals.

Please correct spectacular. I should have previewed what I wrote.

Lori, you and I made potstickers once...a long time ago here at my house. Do you remember? They turned out well. I can't even remember where we got the recipe. We took some pictures of them...I'll have to look for them. I am missing all the action with the Olympics due to work. It looks magnificent. China has changed so dramatically since I was there. Makes me eager to visit! Whenever I read an Amy Tan book I CRAVE Chinese food -- YUM!! Tell Auntie she is making us all hungry!!!

I think volleyball has changed a bit since you played mom! I can't believe their reflexes!!!

Lisa, you should have tevo or dvr'd! I noticed nbc had coverage (repeat) from midnight until 6:00a.m. depending on the shift you are working.
P.S. Maybe we should just make this a Lofy blog (just kidding) but we could/should make a Lofy blog!!!
