Ingredients (Everything is a guess)
Ground pork (maybe 1 lb or so)
Celery (very finely chopped)
Salt (about 1-2 teaspoons)
1 egg
Powder for chicken broth
???
Ginger (1 teaspoon)
Black pepper (just a little)
Soy Sauce (2 teaspoon)
Sesame oil (2 teaspoons)
Corn Starch (1 table spoon)
Circular dumpling wrappers
For dipping sauce:
soy sauce & fragrant vinegar (dark in color similar to soy sauce)

Can't wait to try making fried juioni! Mike loves dumplings. This is a good recipe to make up at the cabin.
I can't wait to make Jiaozi!!! (I was guessing juioni from memory). Juioni sounds italian! Fried Jiaozi - how do you pronounce? How does Ayi like being in all the pictues?
